Boston can't take a joke

Geez. What's the matter? Can't Boston take a joke?

Did city officials all get ahold of bad clams, or were they just trying out their terror response system and it got out of hand.

To my way of thinking, they way overreacted and should say so and get on with looking for real terrorists.
