If at first you don't succeed

From the Atlanta Journal-Constitution:

A 67-year-old woman was killed Sunday after her teenage grandson struck her twice with a car, DeKalb police said.

Authorities on Sunday night were trying to sort through different versions of the event from two witnesses.

One witness claimed the teen struck his grandmother intentionally following an argument; the other insisted it was an accident.
