Georgia set to OK teaching Bible in high school

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Georgia is set to become the first state to allow teaching of the Christian Bible in high school.

It seems lawmakers in cracker-land are attempting to circumvent the separation of church and state by making it a course " on the history and literature of the Scriptures."

Why just the Bible? Why not other religious writings, like the Torah and the Koran, or how about the teaching of Buddha?

I'm sure other religions' writings can be taught as literature.

Why do I even ask?
