Judas not a Judas?
Uh oh. Here we go. Looks like Christianity may be set for years of furious debate over who Judas really was with the newly translated Gospel of Judas.
If you think about it, it does make more sense. Would there be a Christian religion without the so-called betrayal of Jesus, his crucifixtion and subsequent rising from the dead? Seems like Judas was always a part of God's plan.
So, is he really burning in Hell as we were taught, or is he sitting at the side of God as a reward for his role in fulfilling the prophecy?
