Are Dems Shooting Themselves in the Foot

The American people want the war in Iraq to end, but the Democrats are caving in to the bluster of the worst president in history.

It would be nice to be able to say, "We never saw this coming," but that would be a lie. Deep down inside everyone knew that the Democrats would eventually cower before Bush's Iraq war belligerence. These Democrats are after all, more or less, the same spineless crew that rolled over and voted for Mister Bush to invade Iraq in the first place. And don't let them rewrite history...Democrats knew the basis for the Iraq war was a pack of lies, they just didn't have the courage to stand and be counted.
