This from a man whose party tripled the amount of money used for earmarked projects--to greater than $64 billion a year.
You have to assume that everything we have done is subject to a revisit. We support the speaker and her drive to get things done within 100 hours. These things are not locked in cement.--U.S. Rep. Sounds like Charlie's trying to cover his ass.
